1. Scope and seller
These terms govern purchases of digital products and custom development through https://zeihos.com. Seller: Danil Alekseevich Blinov, status: individual. The controlling Russian-language version is available at https://zeihos.com/terms.
2. Acceptance
The offer is accepted through payment for a product, payment for an agreed development stage or another action clearly identified in the interface. The agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed unless a different moment is expressly stated.
3. Subject
Zeihos provides a license to use a ready digital product or performs custom design, development, adaptation and configuration work. Product cards, requests, specifications, correspondence and invoices define the exact scope, compatibility, delivery format, price and support terms.
4. Orders
The user selects a product or submits a request, provides accurate contact and project information and checks the order parameters. Zeihos may request technical environment details and confirmation that the user has the required rights to supplied materials.
5. Price and payment
Ready product prices are displayed in the selected store currency. Custom project pricing is provided after assessment. Payments are processed through Aaio; the customer may be redirected to its secure checkout page. Aaio processes payment instrument data under its own terms, while Zeihos receives the payment identifier and status without storing full card details.
6. Digital delivery
After confirmed payment, files, instructions, access or license information are made available in the customer account or sent through an agreed channel. Delivery is considered completed when access becomes available or the result is sent to the specified address.
7. Custom development
Before work begins, the expected result, stages, timing, price, acceptance criteria and deliverables are agreed. New requirements introduced after approval may change both cost and delivery dates. Delays caused by missing access, materials or feedback extend the schedule proportionally.
8. Acceptance of work
The client reviews the result within the agreed period and provides one consolidated list of deviations from the approved scope. Confirmed deviations are corrected without additional charge. New features and preferences outside the agreed scope are estimated separately.
9. License and intellectual property
Unless a product card states otherwise, a ready product is licensed to one customer for one project on a non-exclusive basis. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publication of source materials and circumvention of technical protection are prohibited. Rights to custom work transfer only when expressly agreed and fully paid.
10. Updates and support
Availability, duration and scope of updates and support are stated in the product card or specification. Support does not include free development of new features or repair of issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party hosting, APIs or platform restrictions.
11. Compatibility
The customer reviews system requirements and dependencies before purchase. Changes to external APIs, social networks, game platforms, payment systems or hosting after delivery may require separately priced adaptation and are not automatically defects in the original product.
12. Cancellation, defects and refunds
Before digital access is provided, the customer may request cancellation. After delivery, requests are reviewed based on product quality, whether access was provided, copying capability and the custom nature of the work. Zeihos may offer a fix, replacement, price adjustment or another suitable option.
13. Acceptable use
The user must not use products or services for unlawful access, fraud, malware, spam, infringement of third-party rights or violation of platform rules. The user confirms ownership or lawful permission for all materials, brands, code, databases and credentials supplied for the project.
14. Responsibility
Zeihos is responsible for the agreed product or development scope. Zeihos is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect configuration, user or third-party actions, malware, missing backups, ignored instructions or changes to external services.
15. Order questions
Send questions to support@zeihos.com with the account email, order number, desired outcome and any useful supporting materials. Zeihos will review the request and propose a solution through support or the order conversation.
